Not sure what to say?

Louis was such a special person with an amazing warmth and kindness that radiated out of him and I will miss his sweet smile and wonderful sense of humor. Rivka, so sorry for your family's loss! Louis was a wonderful man and I feel so blessed to have known him.

My condolences to you all. You were so blessed to have such a wonderful father, Zayde and husband. Rivka, my heart hurts for you and your family. Jodie, my thoughts and prayers are with you. May Louis rest in peace. Love Kim and Melissa Lariviere-Baldelli.

I did not know your family, but the obituary gave us great insight to you, Rabbi and the family. He seemed to have been a great man and a role model to many. The obituary shared alot about him and his faith. I was deeply touched and know that him being in Israel is a great lift to your family. We went to Israel several years ago and fell in love with the people and the history. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Thank you for sharing. Luann and Pat Berlet

Dearest Rivka, I am so sorry to hear of Louis passing. You and Louis were a blessing to Ed and I while we were at Warm Springs. I know you will miss him like I miss Ed. He was a kind and blessed man. Carol Nelson-Liebe

My condolences to the family. I'm sure all of us who grew up in Calgary have fond memories of your dad. He's woven into our childhood narrative. I feel fortunate that he re-entered my life a few times later..Shabbat dinners in Israel and later in Toronto in ways I will always be grateful. May your memories bring you comfort.

How blessed your family is to always have the memory of such a great man. With much love from The Hector Family.
