I'm so sorry for your loss Judy, Derick, and all of Louie's family. Louie wasn't just a good man, in my book Louie was a great man. He will be greatly missed. I will miss seeing Louie at the family gatherings. Louie was always there with some good stories.

Family was very important to Louie. He dearly loved Judy, and I know not only was she the love of his life, she was also his best friend. I can't ever remember a time when there wasn't both Judy and Louie at a family gathering....

Dear Judy:
My deepest sympathy to you and the family. You are in my thoughts and prayers, RIP Louie.
God bless.

Who taught Santa's his twinkle in his eye? Why Louie Smith, whose smile accompanied a twinkle. I admired how he loved life. And Mother Nature. A man's man, a loyal husband, father, friend, grandfather and great grandfather. Quite a package. Thank you, God, for Louie Smith!

Dear Judy and family,
Louie and all of you have been in my thoughts and prayers daily. I'll miss Louie's friendly smile he always had for me when I would come to your home or see him around town.
God bless and keep you all safe,
Yvonne Gillies
