So sorry for your loss! Lou was a legend in our world, a folk hero! The Tracy family are all loved and in our hearts! He lived a good long life but still will be missed by so many! God bless you all and keep your family under his wing! Never forgotten!

Indeed we have lost a great Man. Lou was a role model and mentor, a kind friend to all, a wonderful family man, a compassionate and effective lawyer, and an absolute gentleman. It was such a pleasure getting to work with Lou and over the years admiring his character, devotion to his family and his honesty and big heart as a friend and lawyer. Lou was a pillar of the community. We all lost a great man. Deepest sympathy to the Tracy Family.
