Louis R. Welcher

I have never met Mr. Welcher, I have never known him and I have never knew what he did until today. I found him completely by chance and out of random curiosity even now three years after his death his amazing voice still echoes and even to random people his memory still lives. I'm sure that Louis was an amazing man and I'm sure that to this day he is still with the Lord and he is still singing in a choir of angels.
