Read MoreI had the pleasure of caring for Weegie over the last five years. She didn´t communicate much during that time, but she was a gentle person. She even surprised us at times with a word or two, and eye contact with a perfectly timed nod, when we would speak to her! I am happy for Weegie, that she is finally at peace after a long journey. My thoughts are with you Nancy, Anne, and your family. XO

Weegie was always kind, supportive and helpful as a friend and as a professional. I remember fondly the clock in Nancy and Weegie´s home that chimed each hour with bird song. I can now imagine Weegie at peace whenever I hear a bird expressing its freedom to sing.
