Arthur, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I first met your mother at Bishop Gadsden when singing at the pub there. She was the sweetest person to me and the most energetic dancer at happy hours with Nathan. She continued to come to my shows at Gadsden Glen and always had a smile for me and a kind word to say. I will miss her presence and her spirit, but know she lived life to the fullest and will be remembered as a lady who really made a difference in the lives of all she touched.

Louise was instrumental to my mother, Esther Piskorski, become an advocate for the mentally handicapped both in Charleston in the 1960's and later nationally. Although she passed away about 10 years ago, she always regarded Louie as a great friend and partner in advocacy. Louise's presence will surely be missed by the community she served for so long. I'm glad she had a long life and brought joy and comfort to so many people.
