Not sure what to say?

I knew Louise as a very young and impressionable "new" nurse. Luckily, for me I was "given" to Louise. She had me studying and learning more than I ever had in School! I loved her infectious laugh and all of her knowledge.....Godspeed Louise!

We are so very sorry for the loss of this wonderful woman. Although we live far away from Louise and Pat and Susan (Alberta) we knew from our too few get togethers and from the letters she wrote to our mother, that Louise was an incredibly kind, and insightful person. She lived (and I presume died) with great dignity. Our sincere condolences to Pat, Susan, Darlene, Lori, Bill and Chuck.

With sadness, Corinne, Brent and Marshall Eliason (cousins)

I owe Louise my career, as she took a chance hiring me as a young graduate nurse in 1991. She was a great nurse and manager. My sympathy to her family.

My pleasure in working with Louise for many years @ ST. Vincent's---always the same and always a pleasure. Deepest sympathy to the family for their great loss.

Louise was such a positive woman/nurse manager at St. Vincent's Hospital. I was fortunate to belong to the same book group as well. She was always an avid reader and her book critiques were insightful. One of my fond memories was her delight in reading the back of the book first! I will miss her. My thoughts are with Pat and Susan and family at this time. Sandy Wilson, Beaverton, OR

I have many wonderful memories of Louise. Years ago we enjoyed playing cards such as Bridge and Pitch and even played golf at Willamette Valley CC. My good friend Maggie Morgan recognizes the passing of a true friend too and sends her regards. Marge Hart - Lake Oswego, Or.

I worked with Louise at St. Vincent's Hospital and was in a book group with her. She was an inspiritation to me, her strength, her will to live, and her sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.

Louise was an inspiration to me. Always willing to share her knowledge. She presented it in a way that did not give you the answer but made you work to find it. She'd always say "you know it". Her compassion to others was tremendous. Truly a very special lady and respected nurse. God bless you Louise and my thoughts are with your family.
