Louise W. Hill SOUTHERN SHORES - Louise Wescott Hill, 90, of the 100 block of Chicahauk Trail, died July 1, 2009. A funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in City Road United Methodist Church. Twiford Funeral Homes, Elizabeth City, is in charge.
