Stunned by the loss of someone I regarded as bordering upon an immortal. Weezie was larger than life. I knew Weezie decades ago when we both were very young, living in Manhattan and working for Chase. Wise beyond her years, Weezie's ever optimistic nature, adventurous spirit, and kind heart made her a friend to many-myself included. I was just telling someone about my years in Manhattan when Weezie came to mind, and I came across her obituary. What a shock! My condolences to her family.

I met Weezie the winter she spent in Santa Fe and we skied together in Taos. We became good friends and I saw her many times in New York and rented her apartment. We shared the same wacky political views. Weezie was never politically correct. She was just correct. She was a free spirit and had a warm heart.............. Miss her.
