Blooming Heart

Very sweet lady, she was my gym teacher at Reitz. And I knew her from the Racquet Club. Prayers are with all of the family.

Hello Mike and other siblings,

I am Steve Aichle, a longtime friend of your mother and a tennis student of hers when you all were very young kids. She taught tennis lessons at Helfrich park. She taught me all I learned early in my journey as a tennis player. As I developed my skills I was fortunate to play with her hundreds of times on courts in Evansville. My best friend and tennis partner, the late Bill Blankenberger scrimmaged with her for years preparing her for upcoming...

Dear Mike, Andy and Family,
I wish to offer my sincere condolences on behalf of the loss of a gracious and blessed lady. For so many who knew Louise, Archie and family, it is only the gifts of friendship and love that have been given to us by God and for that we are very grateful.
My thoughts and prayers will be with you and may God comfort you during this time and may His peace be yours.
Blessings,
Herb Neighbors

As a small girl, I remember your mother from Trinity United Methodist Church. She always greeted me with that big smile.
At Reitz, she brought her big smile to inspire her students. Especially in PE class. I always looked up to this woman who was a wife, mother, teacher, coach, athlete and true inspiration to many of us. I will keep her in my heart.

Mrs. Owens was such a kind and wonderful lady.
She will be missed by all of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
R.I.P., Mrs. Owens.

You were the best P.E. teacher ever. You're kindness will never be forgotten. Rest in peace sweet lady.
