I will always remember Lou for being so caring. I remember when I was growing up that we always got cards from her. She sent cards for everyone's birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. And every Christmas I looked forward to her cards with pictures of Lou and Ray and all the family together. When I got older and had my own family she continued sending me cards. I enjoyed reading her Christmas letters explaining what was going on with her family. She was kind and caring just...

My sincere condolences to Ray and the entire Picl family. I will always have fond memories of Lou as the matriarch on the Mesa trips each spring with the Cubs Boosters. She will be missed by all.

Im so sorry for Ray and the family for your loss. I only met Louise a couple of times, and she was a very sweet lady. I was Rays guardian on the Honor Flight.
