Not sure what to say?

Geoff and Perry, Although I had not seen your mom in years, she was always remain close in my heart as it is through her that I met Chuck. Although years late, please except my condolences she loved you both so much.

Geoff and family -your mom is never far from your thoughts. I just read about her life and that she was a home economics teacher for a while - something I had in common with her. She was an amazing woman.

So sorry to read about this in a post on Facebook. I was her "big sister" in our sorority at IIT and found her a year ago after a hiatus of decades. Connections just seemed to get lost as we moved into our grownup life. She was also my friend, and stood up at our wedding. She was beautiful, kind, and fun. I wish we had ended up closer to each other so we could have reconnected more easily.

Rest in peace, Great Lady.

Rest in peace Louise. You were a mentor to me. I learned so much from your devotion and courage in standing for your beliefs and never wavering. You were the best director Planned Oarenthood ever had and I was blessed to be an intern under you right after the fire. You were truly a woman to admire.

An intelligent and strong leader She was a mentor and a friend. I will always remember her

Louise and I were colleagues in Planned Parenthood and friends through our retirement. She was an inspiration - great with finances, of quick wit, and loved her cats! The last few years were surely a physical challenge and struggle - yet she remained hopeful. She was very proud of her 2 sons and spoke lovingly of them often. I will miss her. May she rest in peace.

Louise & I were best friends throughout grammar school & high school in Chicago. What good times we had together. She was always a loving, bright, caring & special person. I have so many fond memories of her. It's ironic that I was about to send her a birthday card for her 76th birthday when I heard of her death. My condolences to all her friends and especially her loving family. We were truly blessed to have this beautiful lady in our lives.

Louise shared her warmth and generosity fully. I was welcomed into her home during the winter of 1993 as I waited to close on our new home. Her loving kindness is an example to all. Thank you.
