Read MoreI had the privilege of knowing Mrs. Shattuck through a pen pal program between Varnum Brook Middle School and the Senior Center almost 9 years ago. She was one of the nicest women and most generous women I ever met (I still I have an inscribed book she gave to me), it will be one of my great regrets that I did not continue these correspondences longer. She will be missed.

I was so very sorry to hear of Louise's death. I knew her through the Pepperell Senior Center. She was a most compassionate, caring, loving woman. She will be sorely missed.

Lori, Jonathan and Kristin and to all of Grammy's family-Your Grammy will be missed by all that knew her. Her SPUNK and amazing spirit will always make me smile.
