Early years worked in family business, Jensen's Chocolate Factory, Springfield, MA and graduated from Classical High School in Springfield ind 1942. Brief employment with Standard Envelope Company in Springfield, MA. Ran retail shop, Yarns and Hand Knits, and taught classes out of her home for 35 years in New London, NH. Husband of 30 years, Edward A. Todd, died in 1979. Members of her surviving family include two sons, E. Andrew Todd of Wilmot, NH and W. Michael Todd, Esq. of New London, NH; a daughter-in-law, Suzanne R. Todd of New London, NH and Manchester, MA; a step granddaughter, Hunter Leigh Ann Rametta of Storrs, CT; nieces and nephews. Graveside service in Old Main Street Cemetery, New London, NH on August 25, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. A gathering will be held at the New London Historical Society for a celebration of her life immediately following the service.
