My memories of Louise are of a gracious, humorous and interesting lady. She always had a smile and good advice, not only about jewelry, but also life. She will be missed.

I LOVED working with Louise. She was always the kindest. She just made you feel good and welcomed. She taught me many things and was always encouraging to learn more. Not a time goes by when I drive past the store downtown that I don't think of her and LeRoy and the tone I had with them both. I'm sure she's up there greeting each person with a warm smile.
