LOUISE WHITE

Louise White was a professor of mine and director of my doctoral dissertation at George Mason. She was a wonderful teacher of public affairs and a very helpful advisor to me, especially inspiring me to develop a more rigorous concept of policy entrepreneurship. She took upon herself more responsibilities in personally directing doctoral students than many other professors, on top of chairing the Dept of Public Affairs at GMU.
