Dear Joyce, Paul, Katherine, and your family,
Though we had met lovely Ms. Louise only once at Joyce's piano concert about a year ago, but she was very impressive and unforgettable.
She was gentle, sweet and glowing.We guess she would like the memory of her to be a happy one.
