Dear Joyce, Paul, Katherine, and your family,
Though we had met lovely Ms. Louise only once at Joyce's piano concert about a year ago, but she was very impressive and unforgettable.
She was gentle, sweet and glowing. We guess she would like the memory of her to be a happy one.
She came into our lives, left her footprints on our hearts. Our life will be never the same.
She will be always remembered.
With love, Shelley and Bing
