Pedro, Luly and family,
I feel fortunate to have known Lourdes and to have had her as a part of my llife growing up. You and Lourdes will always be in my heart and all the memories we share will never be forgotten.

Dear Pedro, Luly and Family: Even though this moment was expected, I am very sad inside but relieved by knowing she is not suffering anymore.
I looked for pictures of Lisa and Michael with Lourdes during their growing up years and the memories are helpin me cope. Pictures of Lisa's Graduation and the pig roast party after are the last pictures I have and by looking at those I find comfort thinking she had a great time and satisfaction having accomplished her dream and goal of coming...

Lourdes was such a big part of my life growing up. She was like a grandmother to me and was always there when I needed her. Every time I was angry with my parents I would just run to her house across the street, and she would somehow always make everything seem better. She was one of the strongest women I have ever known and seeing her ill was very difficult for me. Knowing that she is in heaven now, I can see her being the same strong, loving woman I remember. I love her so much, and I know...

Pedro, Maria & family;
I am so thankful that I was able to meet Lourdes and be in her life for the last couple of years.
Lourdes was a very loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother & friend as I witnessed.
I had heard she was a wonderful cook and am sad that I was not able to enjoy anything made by her on my visits to LV.
I am so happy that I was able to visit with her a few weeks prior to her passing.
I am also happy that she is no longer in any discomfort & that...

Lourdes loved her family. She was honest, open, frank, and courteous. She enjoyed visits with friends, always accompanied by her wonderful husband Pedro. She loved quiet times, and she loved parties with plenty of Cuban music, Cuban foods, and Salsa. Lourdes was good to everyone. She had a great sense of humor. Why does a person so nice have to suffer so terribly? It makes no sense at all. My condolences to the family. My heart goes out to you especially, Pedrin, my friend. Though distance...

Through Maria we got to spend some cherished time. Her cooking was wondeful, flan, black beans and rice and more. She wll be missed by many and now she is in a better place.
