Not sure what to say?

Although we won’t be writing in your book any more, know that you will never be forgotten. Not a day goes by that we don’t think of some memory we’ve shared with you. Always know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

We appreciate everyone who took the time to write in your memory.
It is a comfort to me, and our family, to know you touched their lives in some way.

God Bless You!

Mary and Family

Dad,

This will probably be my last entry in your journal. As you know, just because we can’t write in your on-line journal any more, we are always thinking of you, always missing you, and always loving you. You were the best! There is no other way to describe it. I am so grateful to have had you as my Dad.

Please help show Howard the way Dad! He will be joining you soon. Please continue to watch over us and to give us the strength we need to face each day and its new...

Lowell,

My heart still aches in sadness and many tears still flow.

What it meant to lose you, no one will ever know.

I know you are always with me.
Our "Bond" will never end.

I will always love and miss you. My husband and my friend.

Lowell,

It is hard to believe in February you were gone one year already.

We miss you. Our dinners together, our trip to Vagas. It brings back good memories of when we all "hung out" together.

We have been there for Mary, like I promised you we would be.

Your kids are the greatest, and make sure she doesn't need for much.

We still feel your pressence; and, although we can not see you, we know you are still near.

Until we meet again...

Lowell,

You were the light in my life, the warmth in my heart and the "one" on whom I would depend.

Life goes on, but without you. For me, it's not the same.

Sometimes it's hard to hide the tears, when I hear your name.

Your Valentine was very special. Kathy saw it too.

We know that you watch over us; and, we all love you too!!

Dad

you said I'd cry for just a while
and then you'd be forgotten, I vowed
that day to prove you wrong, I hope that you've been watching, Your memories are alive and well, Your name used oh so often, I know you'd be real proud of me, I pray that you've been watching. Your resting place is as you wished A heaven all its own. It's there I go to visit you, You'll never be alone. I went at least once a week before the snow had fallen. I hope you know that we still
think of you...

Dad,

It sure has been a hard year without you.

We all had a mass said in your name today. (Not really your thing; but, we know you would have been proud.) All your family gathered, we took up two pews. We gathered at the house for coffee and doughnuts afterwards, remembering a man we will never forget.

As you know, Neal has been very sick this past month. This past week, he started to feel better. He went ice fishing today. He said he would catch a fish and have a...

To Dad and Our Beloved Papa,

We want to tell you something
So there won’t be any doubt,
Your so wonderful to think of
But so hard to be without.

Today recalls a memory
of a loved one laid to rest.
Those who think of him today,
are the ones who loved him best.

We Love You Forever,

Wife Mary Ann
And Your Family

I have been reading the family postings and I am impressed with the love in Lowell's family. He was a very lucky man. I only knew him in high school and he was a great class mate. His desk was beside mine in our Senior year. As soon as we Graduated I think he went into the Army. I have a picture of the whole Senior class at graduation from the annual. If you don't have one I can snail mail or e-mail a copy to the family
