Lowell H. Mays

In the 80's I was the executive officer of the University of Wisconsin Naval ROTC Unit. During that time Lowell became our de facto chaplain. I had many interactions with him and will always remember him as a friendly, supportive and impressive clergyman and naval officer. Rest in peace my friend.
