Lowell was born on July 14, 1937 and passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019. Lowell graduated from Owatonna High School in 1955. Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Thursday from 4pm to 7pm and at St. John Lutheran Church on Friday from 9am to 10am. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 19, 2019 at 10am at St. John Lutheran Church with Pastor Dave Klawiter officiating. Interment will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Owatonna.
