We loved Vincent. His dedication and commitment to all things human was astounding. I appointed him to Parks and Recreation to provide visibility to our community for the expenditures of parks and recreation department (then 19percent of our budget) to validate with our constituents their commitment to that expenditure over transportation. As an OSU/ROTC classmate I will always remember the way Vince's smile could lighten up any room (or slog through the mud.) My deepest sympathies to your family.

Cousin Vincent, will be missed, he was one of the most loving people I knew, he was strong and a Leader to his family and friends, definitely will be missed, my mother called him her baby, I will always miss him for the love he showed his family, we loved you soo much. Its with great sadness that I bid goodbye to a giant of a man. He personified everything that can be great in a man and a professional.
