We were fellow whistleblowers at DHS which caused him too much angst. No one should ever have to deal with that without support from family. Vincent...

As an OSU/ROTC classmate I will always remember the way Vince's smile could lighten up any room (or slog through the mud.) My deepest sympathies to your family.

Cousin Vincent, will be missed, he was one of the most loving people I knew, he was strong and a Leader to his family and friends, definitely will be missed, my mother called him her baby, I will always miss him for the love he showed his family, we loved you soo much. For God soo loved the world that he gave his only son, that who so ever believed in him, shall not parish but have everlasting life

Its with great sadness that I bid goodbye to a giant of a man. He personified everything that can be great in a man and a professional. He will be sorely missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. Pleasant journey my friend to joining with our God. My condolences to his family. You were so lucky to have known him for such a brief moment of eternity. See you on the other side.
