Lu Mitchell

My only awareness of Lu Mitchell was a little song that popped up on the radio one day --
Love on the Internet.
This was back in the day when AOL and Yahoo were the center of the digital universe and chat rooms were the digital neighborhood bars.
On the surface it was a cute little song -- but if you were in the culture at the time (confession time -- I was) --- it pushed a lot of buttons and rang a lot of bells.

I always looked forward to seeing Lu and hearing her sing. Her songs were, and still are, a treat to listen to.
