Luanne and Denny were neighbors of mine in the 1970's/ Their children were the same ages as mine and played together. My most vivid memories of the Meyer family is how close they were and how happy they were together. Luanne smiled all of the time. She was a kind, friendly, generous woman and she loved her husband and children so very much. She and Denny were wonderful neighbors. The smile on her face in the obituary photo was the very same smile she always had when she greeted you. ...

So very sad to see that Luanne has past away. It was a beautiful photo of her in the paper and she looked so happy. We go back close to 70 years growing up just around the corner from each other! I can remember Mrs. Schmitz calling Janey, Luanne and Joey! My sincere sympathies to her husband, her children and grandchildren and to a way back friend, sister, Jane and Brother Joe. Sincerely, Paula Stone Mehring

I enjoyed being around her when it was possible. I would call her and her husband, Dennis to see if I could come over for visit. We talk about what we were doing and how things were going. All around Luann was a wonderful mother, loved her grandchildren dearly. Every birthday she was there to help celebrate, We love went out to...
