To the family and friends of Pfc. Lucas V. Starcevich:
It has truly been my honor to sign Lucas' guest book these past few years. Unfortunately, due to complications from my Multiple Sclerosis, this may be the last message I'm able to write. Please forgive me and know that Lucas will always be remembered in my home.
With love and respect ~ Peggy

Thinking of you and remembering what a great and motivated man you were. Still remember your re-enlistment ceramony that morning and how proud we were of all of you and your sense of duty. Your nick name "Star" still fits and know that you are still in our hearts and prayers.

To the family and friends of Pfc. Lucas V. Starcevich:
Always remembering Lucas. "Some gave all."

Lucas was a friend and brother, I served with him in the 46th chemical co. He was an amazing person, he would make a point to say hi and shake my hand everytime I saw him. He is a great friend that I will truly miss forever. My prayers are with you and your family. Happy memorial day

To the family of PFC Lucas V. Starcevich:
Please know that just as your loved one remains in your hearts and minds; his sacrifice, and that of your family, remains with the people he died defending. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for his bravery and selflessness, or the heartache we feel for your loss. God bless and keep you always.

To the family and friends of Pfc. Lucas V. Starcevich:
Please accept my remembrance of Lucas on the anniversary of his passing and know that he will never be forgotten.

To the family and friends of Pfc. Starcevich,

The Run for the Fallen 2010 was held in Charleston, IL on August 21st of this year and my father was privileged to walk for Pfc. Starcevich. My father is 89 years old and he is a veteran of WWII, but felt strongly about representing one of our fallen heroes in the event, and he was extremely proud to represent Lucas.

Nothing we can say can possibly make this tragedy any easier, or any more acceptable, but from my family to...

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Starcevich, Lucas was my roomate at Fort Hood TX, when we both were in 46 Chem.13th Coscom, He was one of the funniest guys I ever met, and a true Soldier. Thanks for all the memories from Hood, and Tikrit, You will never be forgotten.

Thinking of Lucas and his ultimate sacrifce on this 4th of July. He's not forgotten.....Love from a military mom of the 1-18th IN during that time....
