Lucas Xander Templin, 11, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Tuesday afternoon, June 17, 2014 in Frazeysburg.
Born June 6, 2003 in Zanesville, Ohio he is the son of Edwin S. Templin of Zanesville and Catrina L. Swartz of Frazeysburg. Lucas was a student at Frazeysburg Elementary School and just completed the 4th grade. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed playing soccer and riding his bike. He also loved to play with Legos and Bionicles.
Surviving in addition to his parents are two brothers, Stone McCoy Schneider and Connor Ayden White both of Frazeysburg; his maternal grandparents, Rick and Cindy Swartz of Frazeysburg; his paternal grandparents, Edwin A. and Deborah Templin of Zanesville; maternal great grandparents, Claude Swartz of Newark, Ohio and Mollie Shaffer of Buckeye Lake, Ohio. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Sunday, June 22, 2014 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday, June 23, 2014 at the funeral home with Minister Sam Dunn officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
