The members of the Essex Photo Club, of which Lucia was a member, are heartbroken at the news of her passing. She brought our club into the computer age as our statistician by providing us with complete monthly competition results and also continuous results for end of the year awards, and necessary information for members to move up in the various divisions. Our heart go out to her husband Michael and her children, Colin and Brandon. Her smile and warmth will always be with us.

I saw her grow up. She grew up to be a fine woman. I pray that God will keep her in his care.
And i pray for the family

Thinking of Lucia's smile makes me smile even now when I have tears in my eyes. What incredible energy she had and she was SO proud of her children's achievements. I know she'll always watch over her boys. Peace, love and strength to her family.

I didn't know Lucia well, but you didn't have to to be affected by her. She was a warm woman and someone who was SO proud of her children! I remember her beaming at her son in the pool at the YMCA, taking complete delight in his ability in the pool. What a beautiful woman!

We are thinking of Michael and the boys during this time of sorrow. Lucia was always so thoughtful to think of our son, Liam. Our hearts and prayers are with you all. Young and Rob Griffin
