Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Dixon:

My heat was sadden when I heard of the news of Mr. Dixon. He held a special place in my families heart. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I first met Lucian Dixon in 1957 when he visited South High School, Cleveland, Ohio seeking recruits for the 122nd Army Band. Lucian spent time with my parents, teachers and me explaining the many advantages of joining the 122nd Army Band.
I decided this would be an excellent opportunity for me to serve my country and finish high school and college.
Lucian was an excellent mentor, good christian, fantastic sense of humor and an absolute pleasure to know and have as a friend. ...

God Bless. Lucian was a great guy. The CSU community will miss him as I will. I always enjoyed talking with Lucian whenever I made a delivery or phone call. He amazed me with his sharp whit and phtsical well being. CB

Dear Mrs. Dixon and family,

Lucian Dixon was an outstandind person with huge amounts of character. I recall several hour long conversations with Lucian that truly made a difference in my life. Whether I agreed with him or not, as a young man he gave me valuable insight on what is was to be a Black Man. It was a pleasure to have known Lucian M. Dixon & cross paths with such a strong, opinionated man. Lucian once told me "If you don't stand for something, you will fall for...

To the Dixon family
Mr Dixon was a man of great character and will be truly missed
may God give you strength in this painful time

To Mrs. Dixon & Family,
Thank you for sharing Lucian with the CSU community for many, many years. I remember Lucian being in his place at 8:00 a.m. ready to take care of business in his gracious, businesslike manner. He will be missed.
Take care of yourself, now--one widow to another.
Be Blessed,

Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. The thoughts and prayers of so many are with all of you. Mr. Dixon will certainly be missed. May you be comforted in knowing that God is near to those who are broken at heart. Always cherish your memories of happier times.

To Marjorie and Family,

You have my sincere sympathy in Lucian's passing. I will remember his helping me with some printing on several occasions. Remember the Scriptures tell us that "Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted." Matt. 5:4. If I can help, just call!

Lucian was an honorable gentleman; His well informed and decent nature will be sorely missed, Farewell, good friend..rest well.
