Tom, Stacey and Lindsey, it's your mom's cousin Joan Chewning Miller in Miami writing. I just found out that Lucile passed away. It has been years since I spent some time with her but I have memories of her wonderful
spirit and sense of humor. I wished that we had lived closer so that we could have shared our lives. If you are ever in Miami or would consider visiting I would love to get to know each of you.
Sincerely, Joan

Tom, Stacy and Lindsey,
We are so sorry for your loss. Laura and I got to know Lucie over the years during our trips to the Southwest. We feel blessed to have gotten to know her and were flattered when she attended our wedding party in 2005. She was always vivacious and caring, and always with a kind word.
We are so sorry for your loss.

Dear Stacy, Tom and Lindsey;
I was so sorry to hear about your loss. Lucie was a special person in my life, even though it was many years ago. She was always ready, with raising her children, always beautiful , always ready to go and always there when needed. I'm so sorry I missed the celebration of her life, I found out to late.
My prayers and thoughts are with you all, losing her way to soon with so much life ahead to share .

Tom, Stacy, and Lindsey: It was a beautiful memorial today. I was proud of each of you...honoring your mother in a funny, poignant, genuine way that she would have loved.
Now, friends and family will return to their lives, and you are expected to return to yours. That will be a challenge.
But please don't feel as if you have to face it alone. Call us, email us, text us, come visit us, or, if you can stand any more visitors, let us crash on your couch for a night or two....

I regret that health issues prevented me from attending Lucie's memorial today, but wish to extend deepest sympathy on the passing of my dear old friend Lucie. I have so many fond memories of good times shared with her. My daughters Katherine and Christina join me in happy thoughts of her.friendship.

We are so sorry for your loss. I can tell she will be missed by her kids both big and by the grandkids small. She was the center of lives it seems. May your memories carry you through the tough times.
