Not sure what to say?

Dear Lucy´s family, Sorry for the passing of Lucy. She was one terrific lady. Her smile was contagious. First in her life was God, Family, and than We Do Care. She loved all of you very much. You returned her love by making We Do Care what it is today. Lucy will be missed but will always be there thru the generous works of We Do Care. Prayers for all of you

Dear Olson family, I was fortunate enough to serve on the We Do Care board with dear Lucy! She was a special woman with the great love in her heart! She brought joy and smiles to so many and I will forever be impacted by her influence in my life!

Jaime, On behalf of the GR Kiwanis Club, please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of your Grandmother, Lucy. As you probably know, our club has helped support the We Do Care GR organization with annual contributions since its inception. We will continue to do so in Lucy's honor. I have another funeral to attend June 15th, but will do my best to encourage other GR Kiwanians to attend in my place.

As you remember, our kids played together when we lived on the same street as your parents during their early years. Your parents treated our sons as their own grandkids and would bring Happy Meals or other treats to our sons as they did to Jaimie and Gary. Your mother was a hard worker, cheerful, and a top organizer coordinating the funeral lunches at St. Jude where I worked with her many times before the pandemic. Jim and I send our deepest condolences.

Lucy lived two houses from my childhood home on the cul-de-sac. She was always nice and friendly. I remember her dash hounds. Even years later, anytime I saw her, she knew who I was.

My deepest sympathy to all of you I will miss her every Friday.

Gary So sorry to here of your mothers passing. Pat & I would run into her at Meijers once in a while and we would talk for a while. She will be mist by alot of people. Prayers go out to you and your family. Pat & Gary Bozek

So sorry to hear about Lucy's passing. I talked to her at Pat's funeral in September. Whenever she saw me in a store she always made sure we got to talk for a few minutes. Prayers go out to her family. She was a special neighbor for years. Kathy
