DECATUR - Lucille Riley, 89, of Decatur passed away at 12:25 pm, October 31, 2006 at McKinley Court, Decatur, IL. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, November 3, 2006 at Dawson & Wikoff West Wood Street Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family via email c/o www.dawson-wikoff.com Mrs. Riley was born the daughter of Ernest & Addie Finks Sphar on January 13, 1917 in Cowden, IL. She married Charles 'Bud" Riley on July 27, 1952. He preceded her in death on July 15, 1988. She retired in 1975 from General Electric Company. She was from a family that included seven brother and three sisters, Wanda Schiltz, Naomi Conwell, Frieda Obney, Charles, Dillard, Donald, Paul, Dwight, Roy, and Guy Sphar. Also included in the family are many nieces and nephews and a special sister-in-law Rocille Sphar.
