Lou was our next door neighbor when we lived in Binghamton, although she quickly became our friend! She was always there to talk to and we loved spending time outside having root beet floats in the summer and watching our oldest son play outside. She'd smile and say "Isn't this grand?" She was a sweet and wonderful lady.
