We were fellow quilters. When I was making a Southwest colored quilt and I ran out of the fabric I had picked up in Arizona. I told her I need to something for the Border. She said "Do it yourself" paint it. So I followed her instruction and got some muslin and went to her house to learn how to do fabric art and color. What a great friend and personality, So shocked, did she have a funeral or having a memorial service?

We remember Lucille with fondness and love. David went to Logan High with her, she always helped with reunions; and I knew her from the quilting world, where we would see each other at shows or Art on the Lawn or at the gallery. She was so generous with her art and talents. What a lovely woman, she will be missed. We send our deepest condolences.
