"Dre'" may God give you and the family His peace which passeth all understanding that will keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Take comfort in knowing that God will always be there. May God bless you always.
zelda Palmer Scott (Her 1st class in '53).

Mrs. Wiggins, who allowed me to call her Aunt Cissy, was such a bright light in my high school life. She challenged and encouraged me each day in Fasion Design I and II during my junior and senior years, so long ago. She will be greatly missed.
May God wrap His loving arms around each of you and give you peace during this difficult time. You are in my prayers.

It is sometimes easy for a teacher to make an strong impression on a youth. As time and experience grows, we see through the smoke and mirrors and discover for ourselves the secret magic that our elders possessed and we are no longer in awe. Of all my teachers at I.C. Norcom High School, i can honestly say after all these years i am still impressed , amazed and enamored by "Wiggy" . She was an amazing woman, full of life and energy. She was a perfectionist and demanded that of you. She...

I would like to express my sincere condolences to Andre and family. Mrs. Wiggins was my Fashion Design teacher at Norcom. She was a wonderful mentor and prepared her students for the future and expected nothing but the best from us! She has truely made a mark in several lives and she will be missed, but the memories are what keeps her with us forever. God bless....

Andre, I am deeply sorry for your loss. Ms. Lucille was a wonderfully classy lady with impecable taste and style. I will always remember the close bond you two shared. It was a pleasure knowing her. I cared deeply for her. She was always so good to me. You and your family are in my prayers. May god bless you, your wife, and the boys. Take care.

Mrs. Wiggins had a significant impact on my life as a teacher. I always kept in contact with her no matter where I lived. We were just sharing memories a few weeks ago about how I was upset with her when I received a "C" in her class.... feeling that I did not deserve that grade...from that day on I only received "A's"...Even through the pain we continued to laugh.... Mrs Wiggins always encouraged me and always let me know that she was proud of me...How I wish I could talk to her now....but I...

Cousin Lucille and her ever present positive attitude will be missed. Her legacy will continue with the stories we share with one another. Keeping the immediate family in prayer.

Married to her nephew, Ernest, I was always welcomed by Aunt Lucille, no matter when I chose to visit. Gracious hostess that she was, a meal would be lovingly prepared & shared.
She proudly sent photos of her son, daughter-in-law & 2 grandsons whenever she wrote a letter.
We shall all treasure the memories.

Mrs. Wiggins will be missed by everyone at Celestial Baptist Church. She promoted education and learning to all..
She served as the president of the Education Ministries for over 43 years. May God continue to bless Andre and the family. The Jones and Newsome Families
