I loved working with Lucinda. Her voice was very calming and I could tell she really cared about the customers she helped. I knew how much she loved her husband and her daughters. Both of our daughters shared the samem middle name, Corinneand we enjoyed that connection. I hope she is enjoying lots of great books in heaven.

After talking on the phone with Lucinda, and hearing of her struggles, my heart hurt for her. She was a friend. I remember her great chuckle.

I was so sad to hear of Lucinda's passing. I was always so relieved when she answered the phone @ Customer Service. I knew that she would receive my requests with kindness, patience and a warm chat. I never had the chance to meet her in person, but I always felt like I had known her forever! My condolences to her family. May they be comforted @ this difficult time.

Lucinda will be greatly missed, for she was such an amazing lady, kind, caring, and touched so many lives in all that she did. I am so greatful that I was able to have known her, and for all the times spent together. She was truly a great friend. My condolences go out to Ken, Kayla, and her family at this time.
