I remember Lucinda from Utica High School back in the sixties. She was a very sweet girl. I was in the 1965 class so I was a few years older. My thoughts and prayers are with her entire family. God Bless!

I remember Cindy very well. She was a very nice lady who knew lots about policies and every aspect of her job. But mostly, I remember her just being a nice person to be around. I am so sorry that she has passed. Roger Weaver
