Not sure what to say?

Mr. Hernandez was my Spanish teacher freshman year, first semester 1982 ; he told our class we had to learn the Hail Mary prayer word for word in Spanish. To this day I know that prayer word for word in Spanish (try me).. He also helped me with other classes and was always there for his students. Nice man and excellent teacher...learned a great deal from him.

Mr. Hernandez had a strong impact on my life. His class lessons were filled with valuable and memorable life lessons.

May He Rest In Peace. I had the pleasure of meeting my Spanish teacher, Mr. Hernández, in my freshman year (1964). The first Hispanic American teacher at CBC. It was comforting to know a foreign language teacher in the staff. The first Hispanic-American teacher in the staff. He was kind, understanding, a great teacher and mentor. I was blessed to be his student and to graduate from CBC´s JROTC Program, Class of `67.

Mr. Hernandez was my Spanish teacher for 3 years. My favorite teacher by far in high school. A mentor and friend that taught me more about the English language than any English instruction before our meeting and since combined. He was one of the most decent men I have ever encountered. A true blessing to me and teacher of life. Gracias a un gran hombre.

He was a great educator. I am grateful to have had him as a teacher.

Mr Hernandez was my Spanish teacher at CBC. In his class I was Senor Puerta. I have always remembered his intelligence and the warmth of his personality. May he rest in peace.

Mr. Hernandez was a great teacher. Always engaged, always fair, always funny. Bless his soul. May God comfort the family in these times.
