Not sure what to say?

I see it has been a year since Lou's passing. We just saw this today. So sorry to see at such a young age. He was best man for my husband, Dick Cecich. We have such great memories of he and Mary. We were neighbors and good friends. So sad, sending love, hugs and prayers to family and friends. Judi Cecich

My Dad, my Friend. Miss you my Brother! I’m so grateful to have had you as my Dad! You were so much larger than life. It doesn’t feel at all right to have you gone from us. Love you!! Go Blue! Go Ducks!

It is difficult to express the unique and powerful influence Lou Niles had on my life. I learned from him the importance of strong, personal relationships and of aspiring to always reach beyond my grasp. For Lou, the impossible never was. He took me, and Benson Industries, to places we never imagined we would go. He was not only a great friend, but a true leader in every sense. There are no goodbyes for him and I, he will be forever in my heart.

Lou was a great man and leader. I had the good fortune to work at Benson when he was at the helm and have the fondest memories of the man who was also to become a friend. Sincere condolences to Glori and his family. Rest in peace Lou

Brains, heart, passion and loyalty. Lou had all these, shared them with us, and we loved him for it.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I'm so sorry Joe, Amanda and for all of your family. Be well

I met Lou when he first arrived in Portland. I owned Odyssey Travel and was the agent for Benson Industries for many, many years - and we became very good friends.. We kept in touch occasionally through the years, and he confided he suffered from a disease, but never mentioned only that he couldn't play golf anymore. I knew his wife Mary - my husband and I got together with them on occasion - and attended two of their children's weddings. -
