Happy Birthday, Lucius. You will never be forgotten in Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Iowa. Your music artistry and the joy you spread, will always linger.

Sometimes I will see someone smile, one of those huge ear-to-ear smiles. I feel a pang in my heart because for a second, that seems to be you behind the smile. Maybe it is?

To Aunt Gloria and the rest of his family...thank you for sharing him with us "up north". We hope your pain is replaced with peace in time.

The loss of Lucius is felt deeply by many. In the short time we were blessed with his presence at South Church, he was able to touch the hearts of everyone. His name is brought up often. I am so sorry for your loss Gloria, but grateful for the part you played in his life and in shaping the gifts he was able to share with so many.

God have bless me to see another year,it is a sad time for me and my family but GOD know what is best he take the best fruit before it get spoil so [MY LUCIUS] IS GONE this chapter my life is hard to swallow thanks everyone for your input,love,and anything you done to console my family in this hard time our family chain is broken and one by one it will link again.

I have never mourned the way I have for Lucius. I miss him so much. Anytime I called, he was always happy to hear from me and he was never too busy. I loved him. He was my big brother. He was one of my best friends. I still cannot believe he is gone.

The last time I spoke with him was the only time he ever sounded tired to me. He insisted he was okay though and was more concerned with what was going on with me. That was Lucuis. Always thinking of others.
