My condolences go out to the family. Sister Lucy was by far one of the teachers who had a positive impact on me in 5th grade at St. Lawrence. Funny I was just telling a Met's story about her the other day to some friends! I know she has found peace. Know that still today 40 years after she taught me I still hold fond memories and realize the impact she had on my life. God Bless all of you. Sincerely, Karolyn (Fallas) Kulishclass of '79 St. Lawerence.

Sister Lucy was such a wonderful presence for the children of St. Lawrence School. Our eldest daughter says she was her favorite teacher throughout her school years. God bless her. She will be missed.

My deepest condolences to Lucy's family.
She was a sweet and lovely spirit and kind and loving to all.
I knew her from when we were kids at Holy Rosary Church
and she taught my two girls at St. Lawrence School in Huntington. It was very lovely knowing her through all that time. My family is saddened by her passing and know she will now be a guardian angel from above.
Please accept our deepest sympathy in your loss!
