Esther, David, Gloria, & Michael,
There are no words that can really give us comfort all the healing comes with time. No one knows our pain except for those that have gone through this.
My personal comfort comes in knowing that my mother and your mother are together again with the One who has brought love, kindness, compassion, empathy, healing, and all that is good and righteous into this world and that is The Trininty; God our Father our Master, our Creator; The Son, Jesus Christ who died for our sins and The Holy Spirit that is always with us and covers us. Even I couldn't take as good care of my mother as He has and always will.
They are both alive and well and we will see them again.
God Be with you all.

My condolances to Lucy's immediate and extended family. While I've never met many of you, as a member of your extended family, it's important to let you know each loss is nevertheless deeply mourned. May the spirit of Lucy be united with that of my mom's, Maria Sandoval Zuniga, in the heavens within God's love.
