I will miss Mrs. Lucy at church. She always had a giving spirit. She called me this summer to come pick up some snacks for our church VBS. She said she could not physically help anymore but she could help provide snacks. She was a delightful lady.

For more than a week I have had Lucy on my heart. So much so that I decided I would drive to Virginia to visit her. Today, I hear she has passed. I am convinced she came by my house to say good bye. I loved her dearly. Peggy Lehmberg.

David and I have only known Lucy a few years. She went on a trip to PA with us one time and we all had a ball. She was fun, funny, loving and so kind. Her beautiful smile and personality will certainly be missed at Riverside Baptist.

I remember a few years ago when she spent the weekend with us in Emporia when I was visiting my folks. My husband Mitch was there and he laughed and said that my mother Margie, Aunt Lucy and I never stopped talking the whole weekend. He couldn't believe we had so much to talk about! She was lovely and will be missed so much by her family and...
