Lucy was my second mom I will always love and miss her.

I have fond memories of Lucy. Senor Manuels was my first job, and I remember Lucy as a motherly woman with a hint of quirky fun. Whenever I was reprimanded (rarely) by Manuel, Lucy would give a supportive grin when I passed by the bar. Heaven's margaritas and Mexican food got an upgrade. God less Lucy and family.

My dear Aunt Lucy, I will miss your beautiful voice. You and Uncle Manual always made us feel so welcome when we would come to visit. Our entire family and Colorado Springs will never be the same without you. Looking forward to our reunion in heaven some day and you'll show us where the "authentic" mexican food can be found.

Lucy was a loving mom to many many of us. The Angels are rejoicing and heaven is even more amazing with her beautiful presence. Celebrate up there Lucy!!! You made it through this life on earth an amazing lady and people around you felt like we had to step up our kindness just being in your presence. You were very loved by many. Love Chrisy

Aunt Lucy was such a beautiful person inside and out. Her gentleness of spirit will be greatly missed. Love you.

Hernandez Family- I am so sorry for your loss. Lucy was such a kind and loving women. I will never forget how exciting it was to go see her and Manuel at the restaurant. I'm confident she is being showered with affection.
