I am so sorry for the loss to your family - please accept my deepest condolences on your mom's passing. The way she lived, the example she set reminds me of the words recorded about the capable wife and mother at Proverbs 31:15,20-21 "she also gets up while it is still night, and gives food to her household...her hand she has stretched out to the afflicted one, and her hands she has thrust out to the poor one". She 'did not forget hospitality' and gave more than she received (Hebrews 13:2)....

My condolences to the Sacco/ Loglisci families. One of my best childhood memories is eating at Lucy's. She was always the warm and inviting hostess. I hope the warm memories of her bring you comfort.

To all of Lucy's family, most of whom my family members knew ibtimately over the many many years working in Stamford's behalf, and enjoying the after hours at LUCY'S, later JR's. etc. -- it was a case of all love in the family.
