Lucy Swierzynski

Lucy Swierzynski, 96,  passed away peacefully into eternal life on Saturday June 15 at 5:00 AM. Lucy lived a beautiful life after immigrating from Poland to the United States. She was a loving wife, mother, aunt, and sister-in-law. Lucy is survived by her loving daughter Margaret Swierzynski, sister in law Betty Jean Swierzynski, nephew and godson Richard (Clare) Budek, niece Christine (Tony) Ferraro, nephew Roman (Linda) Budek, and nephew David Swierzynski. She also leaves behind six great-nephews and four great-nieces and six great-great nephews.

    She was preceded in death by her devoted husband Tadeusz, as well as in-laws Kazimierz and Eleanor Budek, Jeannie and Casimer Lachoske, John and Johanna Swierzynski, and Eugene Swierzynski.

True to her namesake Saint Lucy, she was the light of every family gathering with a twinkle in her blue eyes and beautiful smile that made one feel loved. She will be greatly missed.
