Lucy Yoder was a treasure. Among all the many wonderful memories I hold are these: her red velvet cakes, her iced tea, how much she loved her cat Tiger... drinking coffee and watching cooking shows with her on Sunday mornings...sitting at her kitchen table and talking...and, for my nephew Rick, I need to include going sledding with her and her children--Rick said he didn't know any other mothers who would go sledding!

Chuck and Denise - My condolences on the passing of your mother. This is a difficult passage in your life, and I certainly can relate to the joy, grief, and celebration you feel for your mom. May the love of Christ sustain you during these days.
