Died Sept. 15, 2011 Luis P. Alicea Luis P. Alicea, 49, of Belvidere, Tenn., passed away Sept. 15. There will be no services at the funeral home. The family is planning a service at a later date. Higgins Funeral Home of Fayetteville, Tenn., is assisting the family.
