While I was practicing anesthesiology at Enloe Hospital, I always enjoyed Luis and his honest, humble attitude. His presentation "Medical Care in Britain - America’s Next Step or Stumble?" was excellent,

I used to work in a convalescent hospital as charge nurse. Dr Cebrian was the only physician I saw who came in to see his patients by first stopping at the desk, asking me to get the charts and come with him, going into the room of each patient and speaking with them. I knew it was going to take time, but I also knew I would be in a good mood when he left, his quick wit and sense of humor always brightened my day.
