Dear Luis,
I didn't know you but I wish I did. I was born & raised in NY but reside in Vacaville, CA and still a big Yankees fan. When Vacaville displayed a flag for each person in our park, I was drawn to yours. I purchased that flag and it now hangs in my living room in your honor. You will never be forgotten in my heart or in our lives. May God bless you and your family always.

I worked with Luis for a few years at the Top of the World, 107th floor, Tower 2. I managed the food area where Lui was a strong and dominant presence. His cooking was tasted and enjoyed by thousands each year!
Unlike Windows of the World in Tower 1, you did not receive the recognition in the afternath. The talk was always of Windows and not the Observation Deck. Luis, you made a great difference to many peolpe. You worked 18 - 20 hours a day, at 2 or 3 jobs if you could to support your...

It's so hard to believe that a year has gone by. I still remeber your warm greetings when I went up to 107. You were always so kind and generous. We miss you! May you rest in peace.
