I worked with Luis at the city, he was,a good friend. He always had a smile and a laugh.

Thoughts and prayers for the Moreno family..... I have known Louie and his family for pretty much my entire life.... My memories of Louie are of a good friend, his brothers Tommy, Jessy and Isaac grew up together. I will miss him and will think of him often.
